Based out of our Toronto Studio, as the Marketing Manager you will be leading a range of marketing communication initiatives with the objective of elevating the awareness and profile of the B+H brand across Canada in support of key services, sectors, studios and business objectives. These initiatives will cover PR, corporate communications, research, strategic content development for business development efforts, digital marketing, social media and event management.
Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing Communications and working collaboratively with a talented team of Marketing & Business Development colleagues including graphic designers, business development, proposals and communications specialists, you will work as part of a team to lead and work on primarily Toronto and Canadian initiatives, with involvement in global initiatives when required.
In addition to having 5-8 years of relevant experience you are a well-rounded marketing professional, who is highly organized with exceptional editorial instincts, writing and content development ability and are able to adapt your tone, content and style to various audiences.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Liaising with PR agencies
- Developing media material and on going reports
- Managing and executing internal communications
- Managing and executing investor presentations and materials
- Researching, monitoring trends relevant to specific markets, sectors and others topics aligned with business goals
- Overseeing analytics and reporting
- Occasionally supporting business development initiatives and major pursuits in the form of content strategy and development, copywriting and editing
With an education in relevant studied such as social media, and/or marketing/business, you are a self-starter with a positive and team-oriented perspective. You are also a professional with experience:
- Using analytics and measurement tools (i.e., Google Analytics) to monitor and manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Using CRM systems, and SEO strategies and processes
