Tucked into the dreamy highlands of Da Lat, Mercure Da Lat Resort invites guests into a storybook escape where French colonial charm meets the natural romance of Vietnam’s “City of Flowers.”

Drawing inspiration from Da Lat’s misty pine forests, blooming hillsides, and the impressionist beauty of Claude Monet’s gardens, CHIL has crafted a resort experience where every corner feels like the next page of a love story.

The grand lobby sets the airy, floral, and serene tone, leading to a mezzanine that offers sweeping views of the space below.

The 1929 Lobby Bar, wrapped in soft lilac and lavender hues completed with gilded brass accents, and a sculptural floral canopy blooms dramatically at the center of the space, recalls the elegance of a 1920s Parisian salon and a place for slow afternoons, classic cocktails, and quiet connection.

At Deux Amants Restaurant, the romance deepens. Inspired by the tender spirit of first loves, its palette of pastels and delicate floral motifs speaks to stories of longing and love. Here, every detail from vintage furnishings to poetic lighting, is an ode to intimate storytelling and colonial heritage.

Mercure Da Lat Resort reminds guests to pause, to savour, and to sprinkle a little more romance into their stay. And to recall the past love stories they carry and perhaps write new ones while there.
