Originally intended for residential use, the client commissioned B+H to transform this site into a modern office complex. Working within the existing site plan, B+H focused on redesigning the building’s elevation.

The design concept embraces fragmentation to address the bulkiness of the multifaceted plan. The building’s edges are broken down into independent elements, creating a sense of lightness and visual interest. Inspired by musical instruments, varied vertical fins on the façade further enhance this dynamic aesthetic.

The development comprises twin towers and a three-story podium. The taller tower reaches 115 meters, while the shorter one stands at 72 meters. The total building area encompasses approximately 82,000 square meters.

Situated at the southeast corner of Beijing’s Fourth Ring Road, the project is part of a larger residential compound.
