Shanghai Clinical Research and Trial Center tops out
Construction Update
On July 8th, 2024, the Structural Topping Off Ceremony of the main structure of the Shanghai Clinical Research and Trial Center was held on the construction site in the Pudong New Area, marking a significant milestone for the project.
Developed in partnership with Shanghai Tech University, the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, the new Shanghai Clinical Research Center integrates medical care, research, and education, gathering high-end medical resources in Shanghai and focusing on severe disease treatment. It aims to become a clinical research center that integrates advanced global technologies, such as medical science, biomedical technology, and artificial intelligence.
To complete the Topping-off ceremony, dignitaries from the research center, construction leaders, and the survey, design, and supervision teams gathered to pour the final batch of concrete onto the building’s main structure, signifying the project’s successful topping-out.
