Nurturing the Next Generation of Architects
Humber College End-of-Year Architecture Student Review
Robin Proctor, Senior Associate at B+H, was invited to Humber College to participate in their Architectural Technology students’ end-of-year review. This marked the first time the Architectural Technology course at Humber College has brought in outside professionals.
Joining a panel of reviewers from leading Toronto architecture firms, Robin provided an outside perspective on the students’ work. Together with the panel, Robin reviewed four projects presented by six students. Leveraging his design expertise and the reviewers’ knowledge of building science, they offered comprehensive feedback to the students.
Humber College’s Associate Dean, Faculty of Applied Sciences & Technology, even stopped by to meet everyone and express his appreciation.
“It was an extremely enriching experience to see the projects they had been working on throughout the semester and provide them with some guidance and critical feedback to assist them in continuing their projects into the upcoming semester.”
