2150 Lakeshore is a 2.16-hectare transit-oriented development prioritizing a vibrant public realm. This “five-minute community” vision emphasizes accessibility, with all essential amenities within a five-minute walk for residents.
Phase 1 will feature two high-rise towers (66 and 46 stories) and five mid-rise buildings offering a mix of residential, office, and retail spaces. A new GO Transit stop and a rerouted TTC streetcar line will create a convenient transit hub.
A new road will be constructed to alleviate traffic on Park Lawn Road and Lake Shore. Over 25% of the development will be dedicated to public open space, including two public parks and two privately owned public spaces.
The development will prioritize sustainable building practices, such as the use of mass-timber materials. Residents will enjoy access to a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, lounges, gyms, co-working spaces, and direct access to the new GO Station.
As the Prime Consultant, B+H will appoint the majority of sub-consultants on the team.
