Richview Square is a well-anchored retail destination in the highly coveted neighbourhood of Richview in Toronto. It provides a variety of shops and services to the surrounding neighbourhood and stands as a strong retail foundation for this future residential community. The new redevelopment project will revitalize and build upon the plaza’s legacy as the community’s heartbeat.

The project will breathe new life into the existing one-storey commercial plaza, ensuring it remains a cornerstone for the community’s needs. Three new towers, ranging from 12 to 13 storeys each, will rise alongside the plaza, creating a fresh and exciting residential landscape.

Located in the heart of a major transit corridor, Richview Square offers exceptional accessibility. Residents will benefit from bus routes connecting to nearby stations and the future Eglinton Line extension just steps away. The development’s convenient location between future Kipling and Islington stations provides an effortless commute to various Toronto destinations.

The development will encompass over 65,000 square meters and feature a thoughtful blend of residential and non-residential spaces. Over 53,000 square meters will be dedicated to residential units, providing a diverse range of housing options for future residents.

Additionally, over 11,000 square meters will be designated for non-residential use, ensuring a vibrant mix of shops and services conveniently located at residents’ doorsteps. The project will also include a dedicated space for community agencies, fostering a strong sense of connection within the new community.

Richview Square’s transformation demonstrates a commitment to inclusivity, with 54 purposefully built affordable rental units.  Furthermore, a new 1,700-square-meter public park will be created at the corner of Eglinton Avenue, offering a green space for residents and visitors to enjoy.

A privately owned, publicly accessible space (POPS) will also be incorporated between the new towers, providing an additional area for relaxation and community events.  This focus on green space and community amenities ensures residents a well-rounded and enriching environment.
