The Latitude on Cambie Presentation Centre and show suites were envisioned as an immersive, high-impact experience tailored to Vancouver’s discerning real estate market, particularly its high-end Asian buyers.
From the moment prospective buyers enter, they are met with a monolithic marble reception desk whose bold veining sets the tone. Another stone wraps structural columns throughout the sales gallery, creating a visual rhythm that subtly divides the space into intuitive zones while preserving a fluid, open layout.
Overhead, a custom ceiling feature mimics a floating ribbon in motion, drawing the eye and softening the space.
The show suites present two palettes: one light and serene, with pale oak tones, soft textiles, and a lively, veined stone backsplash that energizes the space.
The second is rich and moody, layered with walnut finishes, brushed metals, and a retractable kitchen island that combines luxury with smart functionality, perfect for both hosting and everyday living. Integrated under-shelf lighting adds a soft ambient glow that highlights craftsmanship and adds depth to the space.
Bathrooms feature spa-like grey stone tile and brushed gold fixtures. Closets offer smoked glass doors and dramatic lighting, striking a balance between elegance and practicality.
Curated accessories, home office elements, and styling details throughout create an aspirational yet lived-in feel. Together, the show suites embody the future lifestyle of Latitude: polished, personal, and connected to modern Vancouver living.
