Learned swimming, water used to scare me

My late grandfather, for his great sense of humor

What do you love about the city where you live now?

Food delivery around midnight

Did you ever have a nickname?

Yes – Vanilla, Quan means an ancient herb in Chinese but later it confused most Starbucks baristas

What are some things that make you happy?

Books, Lady Gaga, guacamole

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?

“not only…(but) also…”

Who is your favorite fictional character and why?

Hawkeye, he’s very sharp

What is your greatest hidden talent?

A good memory

Multi-tasking

“Roll with the punches”

A writer or cook

Spoon, I couldn’t use chopsticks correctly

Pen, still hand write letters when possible

Chocolate flavored everything
