Jack Xu joined B+H in 2004 and has more than ten years of experience in network management within IT. His role involves not only installing and maintaining computer networks, but also training staff to provide first rate technical support and supporting our teams with their needs and requirements.

When faced with challenges in his work, Jack knows that having a strong sense of perseverance is key to finding the best possible solutions as they can often be very complex. As IT Manager of Asia, he works with our Shanghai, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Beijing offices. Working with IT representatives across our global offices, Jack knows firsthand how important it is to share information, experiences and thoughts with the firm to ensure comprehensive and time efficient outcomes to any issues that may arise.
