360 Oakville Place Drive is located at a prominent retail and transportation hub in the Town of Oakville, situated across the street from Oakville’s largest shopping centre and directly north of a busy off-ramp from the QEW. This new 6-storey office building was oriented on the site to enhance its exposure to traffic approaching from the highway off-ramp and strengthening its appearance as a gateway building to the Town of Oakville. It’s also sited to capture south facing views with a roof terrace that looks out to Lake Ontario. It offers a significant enhancement to its local context and sets a new standard of design for suburban office buildings in terms of sustainable building strategies, cost management/efficiency, and design performance. This combination will provide building occupants with a healthy, productive work environment that will reinforce the building’s design, and presence within the city.
