Bandar A’Seef is a large coastal land area of existing reclaimed and future reclaimed land in Muharraq, Bahrain, with a view of Manama and the Manama waterfront skyline directly across from the site.
Although it is in Muharraq, there is a direct bridge connection planned to Manama that will make the site very accessible and attractive.
The site covers a gross land area of over 2,600,000 m2, although some of this site area will eventually include internal waterways and marinas which will contribute to the character and value of the site as a new community in Bahrain.
The overall development area will exceed 4,000,000 m2 of gross floor area, including more than 16,000 new residential units. The public beachfront in the community will be a national attraction, and include Beach Festival Village & Entertainment, Public Canal & Promenade, Hospitality, Marina Bay & Retail, Medical Campus, and Community Amenities.
