Designed for the discerning buyer, the concept for Intracorp’s exciting new developments in the Metrotown area focus on carefully thought-out details and a fresh aesthetic inspired by the transformative stages of a butterfly. As Burnaby continues to embrace change, Maywood on the Park will lead the charge in transforming the up-and-coming Metrotown area, along with its sister tower Telford on the Walk.
From the cocooned and quiet chrysalis emerges the colorful and dynamic butterfly; these perfected stages in the life of a butterfly epitomize the aesthetic and mood of this residential tower. Translating these phases into the interior design allows for a curated exploration in layers, textures and colors celebrating a restorative and contemplative connection to nature for Maywood.
Designed for the discerning buyer, the concept for Maywood’s Sales Centre was to lean in to its’ park location, drawing inspiration from the transformative stages of a butterfly, and further reflecting the way the local community is embracing change. The cocooned and quiet chrysalis stage of a butterfly epitomizes the aesthetic and mood of Maywood Sales Centre, a with a curated exploration in layers, textures and colors, celebrating a restorative and contemplative connection to nature.
We paid close attention to the journey of a buyer through the space, considering moments & details at every turn. From the moment you step into the sales centre and are greeted by reception, to enjoying the open, airy sales floor spaces that allow easy & relaxed flow throughout, and finally walking through to the two welcoming display homes, each with their own unique style and features.
Special features include the custom polished gold frame light fixture anchoring the impressive model table below, clean faceted millwork throughout, and the memorable closing rooms that draw buyers into the space. The display homes are both sophisticated yet approachable, with attention to detail throughout.
