Sinochem Group upholds the motto “In Science, We Trust” as a technology-driven innovator and a leading global chemical conglomerate. The company is guided by the principle “Together, for a Brighter Future,” striving to deliver solutions that benefit society, enhance the quality of life, and support individuals through continuous innovation.
Our design vision is rooted in Sinochem Group’s corporate missions and values. We see it as a “catalyst for a better future,” representing the integration of science, technology, and nature.
The design concept is founded on three core themes: “Power of Nature,” “Power of Technology,” and “Light of Sinochem,” each represented in various spaces throughout the project.
The building is divided vertically into distinct service areas. The office spaces reflect technological innovation, the executive floors symbolize the light of Sinochem, and nature motifs are woven throughout the design elements on all the floors.
The office layout includes open offices, conference rooms, private offices, and other functional arrangements tailored to each department’s needs. The design prioritizes natural lighting, with the best sunlight directed towards the open office area, fostering a comfortable work environment.
“The interior design of corporate headquarters needs to integrate corporate culture into the space and provide employees with a most efficient and comfortable office experience.
We aimed to maximize the architectural space and created a unique model for the headquarters office that is exclusive to Sinochem.”
